Quality Assurance
Behavioral Health Systems believes that a strong Quality Assurance Program is a vital component of an effective, behavioral health program. The Quality Assurance Program administered by BHS encourages the useful and efficient delivery of behavioral healthcare, safety and services that are obtainable, appropriate, and cost effective. It promotes organizational accountability and provides a method for BHS management to assess member concerns regarding benefit designs, to offer feedback, and to resolve problems appropriately.
