How many lives do you cover (especially in my area)?

BHS is constantly growing. Our growth rate is over 30% annually! If you are receiving a new application, there is a good chance that BHS is expanding its network to provide behavioral healthcare services for a company in your area.


What are the benefits for your members?

Benefit plans vary from client to client. Our authorization letters provide you with important information regarding plan benefits, i.e., number/type of services authorized, patient copays, etc.


Why haven’t I received any referrals lately?

In some situations, members are already seeing providers when they contact BHS. We do not attempt to direct these members to another provider. Also, please keep your contact information with us current—we can’t refer to you if we can’t find you!
